Global Integration Architect for Skanska IT

Integration is a vital area of our business support strategy, an area in which you will have the chance to play a crucial role. In this key role, you will be a member of a devoted team located in Stockholm. You will lead the project of defining our Integration Strategy, in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture Council. You will work closely with both IT- and Business Units to identify use cases where integration or improvement of integration would be beneficial.

Role Description

As a Global integration architect, you will lead the development of our Integration road mapping by ensuring the alignment of integration solutions with IT and business partners. you will Define solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Governance processes, and automate business process models and cloud based services with integration lifecycle management in mind. You will Design and own an effective data architecture and technology cloud infrastructure including roadmap and guidelines to support integration activities and ensure this is followed for common and global solutions.

Who you are!

To success in this role we are expecting you to have a strong interest in innovative technologies. You have experience in IT and a strong background in integration solutions and relational database concepts and are capable of navigating in dynamic and complex organization environments.

You have an academic degree in IT, Engineering or similar. 6 to 10 years of experience in architecting, designing of integration architectures and applications, preferably with Oracle SOA.

You are analytical, Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills with the capacity to quickly learn and develop new strategic frameworks, you have good communication skills and driven mindset to find the best solutions within the integration area target audience.

Highly proficient in English both spoken and written, Merited: Swedish, Polish, Czech, Finnish, Norwegian
