Your mission
Within this role, you will drive and coordinate our demands from business. You will be the contact for business to Enterprise Integration and the glue between our developer, architect and test teams.
With your knowledge you will support development team members with establishing and standardizing processes throughout the integration demand process.
We work in an agile environment, and you will collaborate closely with the teams to establish and validate integration business requirements and needs.
Your profile
You have great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect your desire for collaboration. You get motivation in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working through any channels, platforms or across borders. You are structured and able to operate independently in line with guidelines and defined processes and have a passion for analyzing, illustration and creating a common understanding of the business needs. As the role is conducted with responsibility and flexibility, it is required that you are pro-active, well organized, and thrive to deliver in line with expectations. Occasional work with different time zones is not a problem for you.
Other Qualifications
You have 5+ years of experience working within the Information Technology and experience working within IT Integration domain are merited. We like to see you have experience working with IT delivery, IT project lead or similar.
As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
Location and travel
This position is located in Stockholm or Örebro and can be performed in a hybrid way. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
