About the position The Global IT Helpdesk-team in Sweden is looking for new members to strengthen its current team of 50 agents. The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping all client's office, warehouse and call center users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with client's Incident Management process.
Client is a global support-team that works 24/7. They divide the work into 2 shifts in Sweden and 1 shift in Hong Kong, meaning that we are handling the support from Sweden during 07:00-01:00 (summer time) and 07:00-00:00 (winter time) weekdays and weekends, all days!
Client is looking for an individual who is service minded and has previous experience with similar tasks within an IT/support organization. You should be a fast learner and above all have a positive and helpful attitude.
Specific Competence 1 year experience with similar tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Good knowledge of supporting computers running on Windows 7
Knowledge of administration in Active Directory e.g. users, computers, security groups and distribution lists
Knowledge of the applications included in the Microsoft Office 2010/13-suites
Knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically the Incident Management process
