Now we are looking for our new Global IT Manager, Regional Management. This role will allow for you to interact with colleagues across the entire company and at a variety of positions and roles, you will make friends with people all over the world!

Job description
As the Global IT Manager, Regional Management you will lead, motivate, inspire and encourage the Regional IT Managers in the eight IT regions covering the globe.
In this position you report to Vice President, IT Platforms & Foundation, Epiroc IT.
Your Mission
* Maintain and develop regional concept with “One Epiroc IT” values and beliefs as the foundation
*  Lead, motivate, inspire and encourage the regional management team who has the mission to:

* Represent Epiroc IT towards business and be the business channel to Epiroc IT
* Be responsible for regional and local project activities
* Be accountable for the Epiroc IT staff's wellbeing in accordance with global and local Human Resource processes
* Together with the IT functions and teams transform strategies and road maps into regional common objectives
* Create, maintain and follow up common KPIs for regional management
* Always have IT security in mind
* Be an active member in Epiroc IT management teams of both IT Platforms & Foundation and IT Solutions, to contribute to the development of Epiroc IT

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally, so good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.
A proactive personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames.
We also expect you to be positive, structured, service-minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good strong leadership, analytical and administrative skills as these are vital for this role.
 Experience requirements
* Management of virtual teams
* Organization and people change management
* Experience from leading positions in international organizations and projects
* Excellent understanding of IT as an asset for business development
* Business processes understanding
* Well organized and able to operate independently in line with guidelines

Knowledge / Educational requirements
* University degree ine relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience (both IT and Business)Exce
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language if applicable

* Knowledge and experience of strategic IT and standard IT processes and methodologies
* Passionate about organizational change management and proven leadership skills
* Highly motivated, result oriented and ability to prioritize
* Sharing and caring, we keep our promises
* Organizational Change Management with implementation of concepts (both business and IT), program management

Location and travel
To be defined, in one of the Epiroc IT HUB locations: Perth (Australia), Prague (Czech Republic), Santiago (Chile), Nanjing (China), Bangalore (India), Boksburg (South Africa) Örebro or Stockholm (Sweden) or Garland (USA).
You must be able to travelinternationally (40 days/year).
