We are looking for a Global Key Account Manager who contributes to Etteplan’s growth and development. Are you passionate about sales and a great customer value builder? You will work together with the sales team and our global organization consisting of service minded and professional experts. The position is preferably located close to Västerås, but could also be located in surrounding Etteplan offices in Sweden. The work requires travelling to customer and Etteplan’s locations, mainly in Europe.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
As Global Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading, and developing your key accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities for long-term growth. Additionally, you will be:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with named key accounts to maximize sales opportunities and growth
In-depth understanding of the key accounts strategic thinking
Define key account strategy and manage operational execution that drives growth opportunities
Create action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales
Drive for highest levels of key account experience, understand challenges that are critical to key account and take a value centric solution approach
Report and forecast financial issues and planning actions related to key accounts
Your experiences and qualifications
We expect you to be passionate and caring about customer success, using advanced technology as solution element and get energy from being with customers. You have several years’ experience from sales/key account management and selling to, or within, different industries like industrial machinery.
You are conceptual and solution focused, we are not selling a product, we are selling service solutions enabling our customers to succeed in a fast developing and complex business environment.
Master of Engineering or Economics degree or equivalent
Minimum of five years’ experience from a similar position with English as working language
Engineering, electronic and software service business experience is an advantage
Analytical and structured approach to work
Fluent written and spoken in Swedish and good skills in English
Additionally, it will be a great advantage if you have worked in a matrix organization as you need to operate locally as well as internationally.
