Global Key Account Manager

About the job
We offer an interesting job opportunity within Business Unit Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers (BFB) for you who enjoy working with Key Customers in a global market. You will have responsibility for sales development of Key accounts in BU BFB, with strategic as well as operational perspective. You will have focus on sales volume, gross margin, result and forecast and above all, you need to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Set up Strategic Sales Plans for assigned Key Accounts
* Organize and develop sales team responsible to handle Key accounts
* Connect Key Accounts to relevant functions like product development, operations, and quality teams
* Negotiate prices and conditions at global level.
In this role, you can work from the site in Ronneby or in Lund. You report to our Head of Global Sales, based in Italy, and belong to an international team of experienced sales colleagues. The job will require travels up to 80 days per year.
Who are you?
You’re business minded with a good ability to build fruitful relationships. You’re clear in your communication and a proactive mediator. As a person, you are structured and analytical and know how to convert customer and market insights to a business plan.
What you know
We believe you have a technical background with a degree in Engineering. You have several years’ experience from technical sales, mainly with heating and air conditioning and a successful track record based on senior sales and negotiation skills in combination with excellent communications skills.
As we operate in an international environment, it’s key that you are fluent in both written and spoken English and understand how to work in a cross-functional organisation.
