Senior Global Key Account Manager for Tetra Pak

Alfa Laval is looking for a senior business leader to further develop and grow the business with our global Key Account Tetra Pak. The Global Alliance partnership with Tetra Pak is an integrated part of the Food & Water divisional strategy and is very crucial for our long term success in the Dairy and Beverage industries. Tetra Pak is already today the single largest key account of the Alfa Laval Group and both parties recognize the value of this strategic partnership as it holds a tremendous potential for further sustainable growth. ​

We are looking for a Senior Global Key Account Manager to further develop the business and strengthen the relationship with our single biggest customer Tetra Pak.

Our global alliance is mainly active in the Dairy and Beverage industry and is covering all the core technologies in the Food & Water division such as Hygienic Fluid Handling, Heat Exchangers, High Speed separators, Decanters and Membranes. The alliance covers both the capital sales and the service part of the business.

The position is based in Lund close to the Tetra Pak headquarters and is supported by a small, agile and dedicated KAM support team with representation from each involved business units within the Food & Water division.

As Senior Global Key Account Manager you will be working very closely with the management of all the involved central business units and with the local Food&Water managers and local alliance managers in the sales companies. You will also be a member of the BU High Speed Separator (BU HSS) Management team as the overall owerships of the global alliance resides in BU HSS.

Your main responsibilities:
* Develop jointly with Tetra Pak a global business development strategy and secure that this is translated into the local business develop plans.
* Provide support and guidance to our sales companies in order for them to be successful in the implementation of the local business development plans.
* Develop excellent personal relationship with the key   stakeholders in Tetra Pak on a global level.
* Inspire, guide and coach our local sales company employees in working according to the modus operandi of the global alliance agreement and address any potential challenges swiftly and respectfully.
* Secure that Tetra Pak gets a superior Key Account experience at all times and align that their product development needs are addressed in our product roadmaps.

Your personal profile & qualifications
* You have a university degree in engineering and/or industrial marketing & sales
* You have several years of experience in sales management roles and line management functions from international organizations
* You have a proven track record in developing global key accounts
* You have strong business acumen and proven track record of delivering a superior customer experience
* You have strong leadership skills to engage, to inspire and your passionate about coaching and guiding people
* You have an inclusive mindset and enjoy working in an organization with a high level of diversity.
* You are strong in creating alignment in a complex matrix organization
* Full professional English proficiency is a must.
