Instabox want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it in a sustainable way. So far, the journey has taken them from Sweden to the Netherlands, but there are no plans of stopping anytime soon. 

Your role as Global Key Account Manager

As Global Key Account Manager your focus is on the expansion of Instabox's major accounts by finding new points of contact in the company’s different business areas. When a new market has been established you are the person who expand and develop the relationship. You work at finding new creative solutions that can improve Instabox’s product and service, partly by creating business cases for external as well as internal stakeholders and much more. The role consists of, but is not only entitled to:

Being a driving force behind the development of major accounts across Europe
Expand the current customer portfolio by finding new points of contact
Develop Instabox’s overall market presence with creative ideas and KPI:s
Close collaboration with departments at Instabox for further improvement of the product
Preparations of offers, negotiations and drafting of contracts
Monitoring trends and market developments including product trends, preferred delivery dates, merchandising techniques, pricing, etc.


Your qualifications

You have at least 5 years of qualified sales experience
You have experience from building business cases within a variety of areas
Experience from working in an international environment is meritorious
Experience in building strong, trusting customer relationships with diverse stakeholders
Business and goal-oriented thinking with an independent way of working
Fluency in English and Swedish
Post-secondary education in a relevant area is meritorious


Too succeed in the role as Global Key Account Manager you are a high performer with a good ability of building new relations and strengthen already existing ones. You have a analytical way of thinking and are accustomed to finding creative ideas and solutions.
