International Fleet Sales within the Regional Value Chain Truck Sales Operations Volvo Trucks is now looking for a Global Key Account Manager who wants to develop our customers operations to an even higher level. We are a global team with responsibility for customer satisfaction on an international level. Your responsibility and main tasks
Your responsibility will be to develop sales and profitability of total transport solutions to selected International fleet customers and find new customer opportunities. You will have direct contact with selected customers as well as a close interface with other Volvo Trucks Sales Areas and other Volvo Group units, working cross-functionally and with both internal and external interfaces.


Your mission includes:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision makers and influencers within customers organizations
Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business that result in profitable growth
Development and execution of annual strategic business plan for each key customer
Coordination with local markets and other sales regions within Volvo Group to ensure we properly manage customer expectations
Monitor Customer Satisfaction and take corrective action when required

As Global Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Volvo Truck International Fleet Sales Team and report directly to the Head of International Fleet Sales Volvo Trucks.

Other Qualifications:
University degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience
Several years of documented commercial experience from the automotive industry
Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written
