We are looking for a strong Programme manager who co-lead the KYC Change Management unit in the Know Your Customer (KYC) organisation in Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP). Your future responsibilities
You will have a crucial role in ensuring the delivery and implementation of the new strategic global KYC Tool, delivering the critical path, programme oversight as well as mapping of dependencies securing agreements, you will also have a role in reporting and communication towards stakeholders on all levels, in corporation with the current agile delivery train and the management of KYC and KYC Change Management.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Shaping and delivery of Nordea’s new Global KYC tool (PEGA CLM) including development the structure and governance of the programme
* Monitor, manage and report programme progress and handle risks, issues, dependencies, budget & resources
* Shaping, planning and developing scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and time plans for initiatives together with GFCP Leadership teams responsible for execution
* Ensuring key requirements needed are translated into executable deliveries, providing regular oversight and enabling progress on the execution of the overall programme and sub-projects
You will work closely with the stream lead in the programme as well as senior stakeholders across the organisation. The role reports to the Head of KYC in Group Financial Crime Prevention in Nordea and is part of the KYC leadership team. The role can be placed in either Stockholm, Helsinki, Lodz, Warsaw or Gdansk.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have Programme Management experience from large scale, multiyear and multi jurisdiction transformation programmes and hands on PEGA CLM experience
* Are a strong leader and have extensive experience running large programmes in a challenging environment - while having fun
* Are comfortable with managing multiple assignments and interests at the time and excel in managing your stakeholders across business, operation and technology units – also on senior management level
* Are a passionate team player with great social skills, open-minded, solution oriented and you know how to bring a project to successful completion
* Thrive in a hectic environment and have a “let’s do it” attitude, you are self-driven and manage well under pressure
* Are clear, convincing and respectful in your communication – in speaking, in writing and when presenting – all in English
Your profile and background:
* Strong delivery record as programme manager within the banking sector
* You understand the underlying business drivers and take a cross-functional perspective in discussions on Financial Crime Prevention strategy
* You have, during your role as a programme manager, showed that you are an excellent change manager, facilitator and problem solver
