Are you a person with long experience from learning and development and project management? Then we can have the perfect role for you. Our customer, Epiroc are currently looking for a L&D specialist. You will be employed by us at Jefferson Wells and then be hired as a consultant. We welcome your application today!
Location: Örebro
Start: ASAP.
Assignment: Consulting assignment to June with chance of extension.
About the position:
In the role as a global learning and development specialist you will together with councils and business stakeholders create learning activities and develop the strategic business direction. You will drive the L&D activity lifecycle, from need analysis, sourcing of supplier and content design to evaluation of activities and analysis of gap closure. In the role you will empower employees to succeed with their L&D goals by personalize and optimize the user experience based on the target group, business needs and marketing and communication knowledge.
You will also:
* Continuously review learning activity offerings, negotiate contracts and investments to maximize use of resources.
* Continuously analyse and improve processes, trend spot to introduce new learning methods and ways of working, benchmark and network with external companies to gain insights, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.
* Innovate, influence and drive the buildup of a continuous learning culture.
* Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working
* Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally and globally
Who are you?
We believe that you are a person who has a high sense of ownership with a business mindset. You have strong self-management skills, motivation and ability to contribute to development. You also have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
To fit for the role we also believe that you have:
* A Bachelor's degree in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar.
* Long experience from a similar role, with a strong track record of working as L&D lead or similar.
* Knowledge of pedagogics and effective L&D methods.
* Experience in project management and budgeting.
* Worked in Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
* Fluency in English is a key requirement, mastery one or more languages is highly desirable.
* Knowledge in agile methods.
