Global Leadership and Collaboration Booster
Epiroc is a leading productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries. With cutting-edge technology, Epiroc develops and produces innovative drill rigs, rock excavation and construction.
The division Parts and Service (PSD) provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.
We are now looking for a new colleague, who together with us want to reach new heights within collaboration! The Mission of the Global Leadership and Collaboration Booster is execute and drive leadership strategy, implementing programs, initiatives and activities across the division.
Maximizing resources and synergies to increase the collaboration. The position will report to Parts and Service Human Resources Vice President.
Specifics
The successful candidate will develop a global divisional program seeking to add value to the company by implementing in a local level the Divisional strategies to achieve a profitable business, with sustainable growth and continuous innovation in the development of agile collaboration and caring connection.
The Global Leadership and Collaboration Booster will be working in collaboration with People and Leadership Council and Marketing Council.
Job description
In the role as Global Leadership and Collaboration Booster you will perform different duties categorized in four big pillars as it follows:
UNDERSTANDING THE BUSINESS - Leaders understanding of our business and how to run their companies.
AGILE COLLABORATION - Connect the people to enable the speed in our processes flow.
CARING CONNECTION - Well- being: enable spaces where people connect with themselves, others and their purpose in the organization. Strong focus on supporting the admin companies.
TALENT PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT - Grow the next generation of leaders in the company (focus on digitalization).
Personality requirements
To have a clear PSD strategy understanding and Epiroc core value. This position should be a promoter of Epiroc culture and support the business transformation process and change management evolution.
As a person, you have very good communication skills with colleagues at all levels, establishes, and maintain a high level of credibility.
We are looking for someone who enjoys change and innovation and collaborates effectively across the organization and transfer knowledge/learning at all levels.
As a leader, we want you to be inspirational and inclusive and have a high Customer focus and a strong analytical and problem solving capability.
To succeed in this role you also need to be organized, able to handle complexity and multiple priorities. Manages time effectively and focuses on high priority opportunities.
Experience requirements
To succeed in this role we think that you need to have a high-level experience on Collaboration Management.
We expect that you would have experience from project- and change management and Continuous Process Improvement experience.
We also think that you need to have experience managing and developing high performance teams, a high-level internal customer engagement experience, and a minimum 5 years of work experience.
Knowledge and Educational requirements
You are Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus.You have demonstrated experience working in organizational development and humanist Academic Training will be advantageous. If you are coach certified it will be a plus.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Travel is required.
