In an ever-changing environment, we in the Global Learning & Development team aim to co-create a high-performing learning organization. We are looking forward to welcoming a colleague that can help Electrolux to become more agile, innovative and relevant by integrating continuous learning and great culture and engagement initiatives into everyday work.
This position will cover sabbatical leave.
Your overall responsibility within Learning and Development lays in the areas of investigation, development, and execution of our global employee engagement program as well as learning and culture activities. You are responsible for supporting to drive global collaboration and employee engagement together with the engagement ambassadors within the different areas. Key to this role will be managing our group-wide survey governance, supporting strategic design and implementation of action plans for group and HR experts.
Your main tasks:
•Plan and manage the annual survey calendar and the global engagement governance through internal workshops and other initiatives globally.
•Support our key areas of Group HR to analyze outcomes from our employee engagement survey and drive sustainable action planning.
•Update and improve existing learning initiatives.
•Manage the global induction content and be the main point of contact to the Talent Management when requests come up.
•Ensure and promote continuous improvement to our cultural initiatives.

Qualifications:
•Experience in Employee Engagement & Learning
•Experience in Project Management and Change Management
•Experience from working in an international environment
•Knowledge of principles and techniques of pulse surveys and engagement tools
•Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
