We’re now looking for a Global Learning & Development Lead to join our global L&D team in Stockholm.
The Role
Grow as we grow” - The Global Learning & Development Lead will support the continuous learning within Svea Solar for our Powershifters.
Svea Solars L&D strategy ensures that each individual and team within the organization has the right mindsets and skills, to be able take ownership for learning and development and by that - grow as Svea grow.
This role leads the design of our training structure, digital solutions and other initiatives, (as a start) within our core business, Operations. That means taking ownership of the L&D area within Operations, in close collaboration with stakeholders to set the frames for that part of the business.
You report directly to the Global Head of L&D and work closely with our global and local HR teams. These are examples of what you´ll do:
- Set the training structure to scale, drive and manage that within Operations
- Creating L&D initiatives across departments, globally and locally. E.g. the onboarding, mindsets & skills training, implement performance management processes
- Collaborate across the organization to understand gaps and take data-driven decisions
- Supporting our leaders with coaching and facilitating.
- Execute on the overall L&D strategy, Svea Solars OKRs, Values and Leadership mindset
..but then again, these are just suggestions. We expect you to come up with, and drive, initiatives on your own based on your experience and beliefs.
Who you are
The culture at Svea Solar is influenced by the high paced scale-up we are. Though drive and ambition is clear throughout the organisation we have an equal part heart and caring for the planet and each other. Preferably, you also embody this balance.
Feel free to challenge us but we’ll fine comb your resume to find things like:
- Strong team player as well as working independently
- 5+ years of relevant work experience from the L&D field, and experience working with employee & leadership development
- Experience in learning processes and ways of working
- Passionate and curious about what’s in the forefront of learning and people development
- Worked in fast-paced environments, preferably from startups or fast-growing companies
- Fluent in English (a requirement), and perhaps in additional languages too (a big plus!)
