We are now looking to accelerate our work in the Learning & Development field by hiring a new Global Learning & Development Manager. This position will sit at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The main purpose of for this role is to create an ecosystem for learning and development at Mölnlycke, aiming to support positive business outcomes and growth. You will work on enabling a strong learning culture in the business by:
Supporting company strategy in identifying and providing learning solutions for global capability needs e.g., sustainability and digital skills
Supporting the deployment of functional (capability area) academies
Proposing and implementing learning solutions to enable the broader organization to access learning via digital platforms


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Champion a culture where the learning of our employees becomes a critical task supporting the achievement of our company strategy. To define and lead the development planning part of the Performance Excellence cycle.

Drive a learning culture and set the framework for a consistent delivery of training across Mölnlycke. This involves setting up a global framework providing support and ensuring an alignment of learning efforts in the company.

Working with Quality and Compliance teams to create an effective, sustainable and global approach to regulatory/compliance training. This involves developing and governing the employee training requirements framework and process.

Lead the development of and the use of learning platforms. This involves advancing the technology, expanding use and fostering the active engagement of all employees in it.

Lead and Coordinate global talent development programmes such as Breakthrough, Unlock and Grow.

Develop and manage People Leader Upskilling foundational trainings.

Create and drive the delivery of bespoke training programmes. Designed with the goal of expanding the skills across the workforce and further embedding the Mölnlycke culture and leadership fundamentals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in related field: Psychology, Behaviour Science or HR
Experience from working in a LMS/LXP environment
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience from working with established theories, models and practices within leadership, team development, self-leadership
Experience from the whole learning cycle on how to design, build and facilitate learning and development initiatives in various formats such as E-learning and workshops
Project management experience in an international context
Experience in an international setting
