About the organization and role:
Learning and development (L&D) are vital cornerstones of Electrolux Group and are recognized as a key area for the business to succeed in the execution of its strategy.
As Global Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives, to support the global functions in their skills development. You play a crucial role in ensuring that employees have the necessary learning offering to promote the functional skills and knowledge they require to perform effectively. You will use your L&D expertise to drive the development of global academies and partner with functional representatives to understand their functional skills needs.
What you'll do:
In this position, you will be part of the Global L&D Centre of Excellence, placed under Talent Management. You will, in collaboration with the global and regional L&D teams, focus on driving function-specific learning opportunities and partner up with experts in different functions to offer a strong upskilling portfolio for the functions. In order to be successful, you need to be accustomed to working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), instructional design, content creation and deployment of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Working with functional stakeholders to create upskilling strategy
· Own and develop global governance for functional academies
· Stakeholder management and acting as expert in L&D areas
· Design and create impactful learning journeys together with functional experts and external vendors
· Running skill-mapping processes, prioritizing critical skills in functions, as well as planning up-/reskilling activities
Qualifications:
· Relevant academic degree (B.Sc. level or above)
· Several years of experience from Learning & Development
o Learning Design and Implementation
o Learning program evaluation – Assessing the effectiveness of learning programs as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress and impact of training initiatives
o Experience from complex LMS and LXP systems is considered a strong merit
· Experience from stakeholder and project management
· Workshop facilitation skills

Strategic Thinking – You have a good understanding of how learning & development can help to drive business strategies and execution
Communication – You exhibit strong communication skills when conveying ideas, facilitating learning and effectively collaborating with diverse teams
Analytical Skills – You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have the ability to use data in order to formulate strategy and planning
Stakeholder management – You have experience and knowledge of how to work in a complex global matrix organization
Expert authority – You are confident in your profession, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to the business and to operate in a self-reliant way within the L&D domain
