Global Learning Manager

We’re looking for a Global Learning Manager that will play a vital role on our journey to become the number one sales force in the industry.
The role:
Reporting to the Global Director Learning & Sales Training you will work as part of a team of 7 to create and implement global learning solution strategies throughout the commercial business with focus on optimizing the business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on all commercial training including products, clinical and sales
• Define the scope, creation and proposed outcomes of new training programs and tools
• Manage global external vendors for content development and delivery
• Track and present progress and business impact of the projects to key stakeholders
• Review training projects including KPI tracking and implementing corrective actions
• Drive new processes and commercial excellence across all global activities
• Upskill local trainers to ensure course continuity and positive outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
• Prior sales experience within a global organisation – Essential
• Demonstrable stakeholder management at C-Suite level – Essential
• Proven hands-on commercial learning and training skills – Essential
• Strategic mindset and tactical skills for managing change projects - Essential
• Relevant degree in instructional/ educational design, adult learning – Desirable
• Previous exposure to Med Device or Pharma industry – Desirable
