Global Listing Services (Student Worker)

What We Offer
Nasdaq's Global Listing Services (GLS) is looking for one student worker to join the team in Stockholm. The Nordic GLS team is responsible for equity listings in Nasdaq’s Nordic markets. The team handles the contact with companies wanting to list with Nasdaq and provides customer services to already listed companies. This entails all from arranging IPO events and listing ceremonies, communication with customers, improvement of our offerings, development of sales material, and follow-up of customers and progress.
The team has frequent contact with management teams of companies and other stakeholders in the capital market, such as financial and legal advisers, banks, and private equity firms, as well as Nasdaq’s internal units such as Surveillance, Finance, and Marketing among others, providing exposure to many different domains and excellent learning opportunities.
The team consists of about a dozen employees based in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The roles in the team cover relationship managers, sales support and operations, and strategy and business development.
You will primarily support us with:
updating our CRM system,
preparing and facilitating listing ceremonies,
assisting the monthly billing,
helping us with customer events, and
development of sales material
What We Expect
1-3 years of study behind you, in economics or engineering or a similar field (technology, finance)
Self-drive and ability to work self-sufficiently with assigned tasks
Excellent ability to meet deadlines
Structured approach with attention to details
Good skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A curiosity about the stock market and capital markets in general
The ability to work at least two days per week, and full-time for a few weeks during the summer
It Will Be Excellent If You Have
Working experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Skills in setting up and managing webinars
Knowledge of capital markets and financial products
