Come join our expanding Training Team within Husqvarna Services & Dealer Development! This new role as Global LMS Administrator is the primary system administrator for our new upcoming Learning Management System (LMS). This position is responsible for the support and testing during implementation phase, and oversees system updates, upgrades, and other software integrated with the LMS. The Global LMS Administrator will also play a critical role in first-line resolution of technical and customer service issues to global users of our new LMS system.

You will join a dedicated team that are passionate about realizing Husqvarna’s training transformation. Our team works closely with stakeholders throughout our organization on a global level, both with other central functions like portfolio management, sales & marketing as well as with our sales companies and regions. We also work with external vendors and agencies.

What you will do
LMS Management:


Become our super user of our new LMS (Learning Management System)
Manage the testing during implementation phase.
Manages multiple areas within the LMS including functionality, configurations, languages, notification and assignments.
Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
Provides training and guidance to Learning Management system (LMS) Admins in the markets, including how-to guides, and FAQs.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to independently solve issues from the markets.


Course Management:


Publishes and archives online e-learnings and curriculas
Create systems and workflows to ensure that all courses and curriculas are properly set up and available.
Contribute to the creation and use of different documentation and training materials in co-operation with our Instructional Designers.
Creates and manages the overall course structure templates.
Manages tracking of course revisions and history.
Manages relationship with third party vendors and facilitates the successful linkage of various training catalogues within the LMS.

Who you are
Job Experience/Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Experience of working with LMS systems or other IT systems
LMS or other System administration experience
Project management, ability to prioritize and complete the assignments within deadlines
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Must possess good problem solving skills and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to create reports in Excel as well as manipulate data.
Ability to work well in collaborative team environment and as an individual contributor
Fluent in English verbally and written (preferably also additional languages)


Location
Huskvarna or Stockholm. Occasional travels.
