Main duties and responsibilities will include


• Collect, analyse and report Sustainability reports
• Optimize transportation routes
• Develop Systemair Green transportation concept
• Support Sales in transportation offering
• Negotiate transports on Group level and be a support on local level

As the Global Logistics Coordinator you will be a member of the Logistics Council and the Group Logistics Organization.  You will report to the Global Logistics Director.

Qualifications and Experience

To fit this role we believe that you have extensive previous experience within logistics and transportation, 5+ years. Preferably combined with a University degree in the Logistics area. In your career you have experienced the execution and follow up of international shipping across different transportation modes. You are familiar with the administrative side of the logistical process such as material optimation. You have supported or led projects regarding warehouse sizing and/or optimization. Experience in shipping, sustainable projects and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations within transportation and warehousing is an advantage. Ideally you also have a good understanding on how to use, or even better, set up different systems and modules (ERP/WMS/TMS) to support logistical planning and execution. English is required for this role, Swedish and German are considered a plus. You need to have a driving license B.

You are target-oriented with a strong drive to deliver and constantly improve the Logistics area together with the Group Logistics Director. The position requires an outgoing personality with excellent collaboration skills as well as a strong ability to work independently. You can crunch data and you have strong analytical skills. You are a cheerful person who is positive, humble, creative and eager to learn.
