Your mission 
Your mission as Global Manager Regional Sourcing is, together with your organization, to increase spend under management for our Parts and Service Division (PSD) and to drive sourcing excellence improvements at our Customer Centers (CC) and acquired companies. 

As Global Manager Regional Sourcing you will be responsible for the build-up and development of a strong global team that will optimize sourcing within our division. Together you increase the spend under management by establishing structure for collaboration with CCs and acquired companies. To create, improve and implement global PSD processes for regional sourcing specific areas to secure the use of best practice solutions and standardized way of working will be part of your everyday work. 

With your contribution together with your team, you will supply customers with products at the right time with right total cost and quality, and at the same time supporting people and planet targets.

Your profile 
To be able to contribute in the best way in this role you need good knowledge of strategic sourcing for aftermarket business including category management. You also have leadership and change management experience together with good collaboration skills in an international context. 

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden (Örebro or Stockholm). Occasional travel is required.
