As Perstorp transforms to a more globally integrated company with a strong digitalization drive, you will have the opportunity to work globally within many areas of modern plant asset management, including equipment reliability and availability, loss prevention, data analysis and life cycle asset management. You will also be directly involved in global implementation projects of major IT systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance.
Organizationally you will be reporting to the Director Asset Integrity. Right now, all staff that can are working from home but when the situation allows us to return to our offices, this position will be based in either Malmö or Perstorp, with flexible arrangements. Travel must be expected, since Perstorp operates sites in both Europe, Asia and North America.

You will not work alone, but to a large extent collaborate with colleagues in the asset integrity management team and the wider Operational Excellence department.
Would you enjoy?
- Working in a leading global role with plant and equipment reliability and asset lifecycle management
- Improving work processes related to e.g. maintenance management, reliability and root cause analyses
- Participating directly in global deployment projects of SAP PM and other interconnected systems
- Analyzing and improve preventive maintenance and further implementing ISO 14224 and failure data analysis
- Participating in developing best-in-class processes for managing lifecycle information and hand-over of information from projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant education with a working experience 5+ years from the process industry, such as oil & gas, chemical or nuclear. Preferably international experience.
Experience working with reliability of plant and process equipment and capital projects and knowledge and experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
You are an excellent problem solver, and willing to roll up your sleeves to take on any issue thrown your way and you are willing to take on ambitious goals together with the team. You have a desire not just to resolve problems, but to fully understand them and prevent them in the future.
You need to be a good communicator, trained to have discussions on all levels in our company. You also need strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and possess a work process-oriented mindset. Fluent in spoken and written English.
