Are you as passionate about PR & Communications as we are and are looking to join a creative and fun marketing team? We’re on the hunt for our Marketing Automation Specialist to join us at Mynewsdesk. You can be fresh off the boat with a relevant degree or have a couple of years experience. What matters the most is that you are passionate about marketing and that you are interested in tech and communication.
As our Marketing Automation Specialist you are responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of all email campaigns at Mynewsdesk. You will also be in charge of the planning and implementation for all Marketing Automation Journeys.
In this role you will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that the right strategy and initiatives are implemented to support Mynewsdesk’s continuous growth journey. To thrive and succeed in the role, you will need to be a self leader combined with a highly analytical approach to problem solving. You are a proactive self-starter looking for ways to challenge and improve the current set up.
We are looking for a go-getter personality with tons of positive energy and creative ideas. Someone that is tech savvy with communication skills!
- Planning and execution of all global email campaigns using HubSpot
- Implement, document and optimize the different marketing automation journeys
- Define segmentation needs based on our personas and target audiences
- Continuous A/B testing of emails
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practises, strategies, and industry standards
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Support the marketing team with other associated digital marketing duties.
- Analyse and report on impact, efficiency and opportunities for optimisation
- Come up with ideas, to rationalize and improve the work, and also implement them.
KPI:s
Overall team targets such as:
- Marketing generated business
- Customer and Revenue Retention goal
Individual targets such as:
- Email KPIs for example open rates, CTR and more
- Enrollment in Marketing Automation journeys
- Closed business via emails and Marketing Automation journeys
What we are looking for
- +1 years of experience working within marketing
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Business oriented and data driven
- Self-leading, accountable and structured with attention to detail
- True interest for creating business value
- Drive and passion for constant improvement, a go-getter attitude
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, preferably another Nordic language. Danish is a big plus!
