Join Sendify as Global Processes & Automation Specialist (m/f/d)
The Global Processes & Automation Specialist is a specialized Growth role, responsible for optimizing internal IT & automation processes. The Global Processes & Automation Specialist plays a key role in adapting the development of Sendify's CRM initiatives and other IT platforms as well as managing the quality and consistency of contact data. With the focus on both acquisition and retention, the Global Processes & Automation Specialist is about customer care and growing Sendify's contact base.
Activities
- Define automation strategy according to the company goals
- Implement automation strategy using the chosen IT platforms
- Analyze data to identify activity patterns and design a lead acquisition mechanism to increase campaign efficiency and lead conversion rates
- Set up and optimize A/B test automatic flows
- Do integrations with other digital channels
- Be responsible for the areas of Email, triggers, loyalty / referral programs and data management
- Measure statistics, KPIs and marketing automation performance
- Identify patterns, develop strategy and implement continuous improvements in CRM, lead management and workflow automation
- Evaluate and implement platforms and tools for the Growth organization
Your profile
- +2 years proven experience in a Marketing, Sales, Growth role or in a related field
- Fluent English, preferably fluent in a second language (German, Swedish, French)
- Acceptable level of technical skills to understand the working process of the Growth departments
- Knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to understand audiences
- Result-oriented and driven by increasing sales
- A technical and analytical skill set and interest
- Structured and process-oriented test and improve mentality
- Strong understanding of segmentation and personalisation
- A strong business mindset and understanding of how to work with and communicate KPI's
- Understanding how to create synergy between channels and how to best work cross-channel
