We are looking for a Global Marketing Communications and Brand Manager to join the Mölnlycke Health Care Global Marketing team. You will have several years’ experience in marketing and communications, as well as proven digital marketing capability. We believe you are a true and determined team player. At Mölnlycke Health Care you will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment that requires creative problem-solving and outstanding project management skills.
The role includes creating a communication strategy and a strong yearly communication plan, project management of global marketing communication campaigns and identifying global market trends within marketing communications. You will also have customer behavior and customer experience top of mind when creating and executing communication activities and initiatives. You will make sure the brand strategy continuously develops and is incorporated in the yearly communication plan and guide and support our local markets with implementing and following-up on communication projects. Your responsibility includes controlling allocated budgets and ensuring full compliance with processes and guidelines. As the working environment is international, it is important that English comes naturally to you.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent Project management skills
- Marketing and Communications expertise
- Outstanding Digital marketing knowledge and experience of multi-channel communication and campaigns based on customer journeys
- Good communication skills in oral and written, with proven communication competence.
- Understanding of life science business and how communication adds value to the outcome
- Knowledge in branding and brand management
- Ability to work under high pressure and within tight deadlines - and manage several projects at the same time
- Strong team player with good networking skills
- Performance-driven and goal-oriented with strong customer focus
- Experience of content marketing is a plus
Education, experience and knowledge:
- University degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- >10 years practical experience from marketing and communications preferably within the healthcare business
- People management skills
- Experience with creative campaign deployment and product launches in an international company
- Experience of working with communication and media agencies
- Experience from managing project allocated resources
- High proficiency in English language
- Experience from a local market is a plus
