Global Marketing Communications Manager

Mölnlycke Health Care is looking for a Global Marketing Communications Manager (GMCM) wound care.

We offer an inspiring and interesting work in the wound care marketing communications team with focus on driving outstanding marketing and communication globally and for local markets. The position is a temporary replacement as from end August and approx 10 months and you will be employed or contracted by Poolia during this time.

This position reports to the Global Marketing Communications Director wound care.


Arbetsuppgifter


The GMCM is responsible for developing the brand and communication strategies and plans for the brands in line with business objectives. The GMCM will ensure that brand guidelines and communication strategies are known, understood and consistently applied globally and locally in the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead develop and implement marketing activities in collaboration with Category and Therapy Managers in the Global Marketing team
• Lead, develop and implement events according to plan
• Ensure measurement of events and campaigns
• Lead and develop branding projects
• Manage proofreading
• Deliver sales- and marketing tools
• Provide direction into the briefing and lead contacts with external working partners
• Work closely with members of the marketing communications team, global marketing team and local markets to optimize cross functional objectives


Utbildning/erfarenhet


Profile

• Degree in business, marketing or communication from University or equivalent
• >5 years practical experience from marketing within the health care business
• Excellent skills in proof-reading and branding
• Experience of leading projects
• Performance driven and goal-oriented with strong customer focus.
• Team player with good communication and networking skills.
• Very good level in English, written and spoken.
• International experience
