The following position is currently open for application 
We are looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to manage projects and workflow between Lynk & Co’s European marketing team in Göteborg and our Chinese counterpart.   
This position can be based in Gothenburg. 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to 
Coordinating the various projects running simultaneously in the European and Chinese market 
Aligning the brand requirements for both markets 
Setting up an ongoing exchange of information between the two marketing teams 
Assist in setting up meetings, travel arrangements and agreements between the two offices 
Manage and identify any cultural and practical issues that might arise 

Who are you? 
You have several years’ experience in managing Chinese/European business relations 
You have affinity with marketing, events and brand identity 
You are fluent in English and Chinese 
You are able to travel to our Chinese office in Hangzhou frequently 

You think creatively and thrive in an always-changing, fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven work environment. We also believe that you are an unflappable self-starter who uses good judgment and quickly builds trust with partners. You are extremely structured, organized and punctual. 
You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple ongoing projects at the same time on two different continents. You have a great understanding of Chinese work environments and ways of working, and cultural sensitivities.
