We are currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Manager Market Access. This role should preferably be based at our HQ in Gothenburg or within Europe.
The role is accountable for:
1. Expert in market access and reimbursement for WC marketing teams, business development projects, and new product development
2. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in the development and execution of the health economic value proposition
3. Supports effective deployment of the global WC purchaser proposition and in-market strategy
Key Accountabilities:
Expert for Global WC Marketing team in market access & reimbursement to provide insights, market trends, and data needs related to the HE and clinical evidence requirements in all major markets
Supports the development and execution of purchaser propositions
Connects the value proposition and local market reimbursement and stakeholder requirements
Understand the patient perspective & patient journey and recommend strategies that can support the patient voice
Collaborate with regional Market Access & Health Economic teams to coordinate and develop programs and tools to support payor propositions
Identifies drivers and barriers for market access, develops strategy, and supports execution plans aligned to WC global strategy
Execute top priorities and deliverables by fostering excellent communication, collaboration, and seamless working relationships with Global and regional partners

Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant degree in marketing, business, science
5+ years Reimbursement and/or Health economic experience
7-10+ years’ experience in marketing and sales within the medical device/life sciences industry
International experience preferred
Experience developing and delivering value stories, payer value propositions for complex health care environments
Fluency in English, written and spoken
In this position we estimate you will travel internationally for approx. 50% of your time.
