The role
In this role you will be accountable for developing and leading the business strategies for Mölnlycke’s new Oxygen Therapy solutions as a part of the company’s overall wound care strategy, including development of product brand & portfolio strategy. You will ensure effective and impactful market deployment and leverage unique evidence, claims and value propositions to elevate the brand and help global markets, caregivers and patients realise just how great these products are.

The role is based in HQ in Gothenburg, and reports to the Global Marketing Director Acute Wound Care.
Your key accountabilities
· Lead the development and secure effective deployment of the product portfolio strategies and roadmap.
· Build insights and knowledge around customer needs and market development and communicate this to relevant stakeholders.
· Strategic pricing of the brand & portfolio to achieve maximum profitability.
· Work in partnership with M&E/HEGA for market access, clinical evidence and HE strategy to ensure the value proposition is complete and continually evolves to ensure market leadership.
· Responsible for Product Sales and Gross profit development during the strategy period.
· Secure cross functional alignment on strategic objectives and operational priorities within category.
· Global launch lead for major launches within the category.
· Drive/take business ownership in major commercialisation projects within own category.
· Lead development and drive implementation of geographic expansion strategies for the portfolio in collaboration with regional/local organizations.
Your Qualifications
· Minimum university degree (and MBA in marketing/business/science)
· Preferred 10 years minimum experience in both sales & marketing within the Medical Device/Life Science industry
· Experience from working in a global, international position
Skilled within areas such as marketing strategy & digital marketing/portfolio planning and strategy, pricing, clinical evidence, health economy
· Performance driven, result oriented with track record of delivery
· Proven stake holder management skills, strategic agility and business acumen
· Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
· Fluent in English and preferably German and/or Spanish and/or French and/or Arabic
The role as a Global Marketing Manager is a full-time permanent position. The role will involve extensive travel and periodically high work load especially during launch periods.
