We are now recruiting for a Global Marketing Manager – Purchaser Propositions Wound Care
This role is part of the Global Wound Care organization and will report to the Global Marketing Director Purchaser Propositions. This position can be based at our HQ in Gothenburg or remote.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of the 1-3 year strategic plan for WC purchaser propositions as part of the overall WC strategy
You will drive effective/impactful deployment of the WC purchaser proposition and tracking throughout the global commercial organization. You will lead strategic insights, Advisory Boards, and KOL management for the WC purchaser proposition. Finally, you secure cross-functional alignment on strategic objectives and operational priorities.
Key Accountabilities:
Development of the 1-3 year strategic plan for WC purchaser propositions as part of overall WC strategy
Accountable for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for purchaser propositions including content creation, secure effective use of right mix of channels including digital with communication team and relevant agencies.
Develop, deploy and monitor utilisation of toolkit to support the WC purchaser propositions including Value Playbooks, calculators, BIMs
Work in partnership with M&E/HEGA for market access, clinical evidence and HE strategy to ensure the value proposition is complete and continually evolves to ensure market leadership
Builds insights and knowledge around customer needs and market development and communicates this to relevant stakeholders in the organization.
Work with relevant associations, identify and engage key opinion leaders and Advisory Boards to deliver leadership relevant to category.
Liaise with Global Training Team to develop/roll out training/professional education relevant for Product portfolio
Accountable for monitoring and follow up relevant KPI’s for the proposition including lead and lag indicators
Lead development of and drive implementation of geographic expansion strategies for the proposition in collaboration with regional/local organizations
Develop continuous understanding of evolution in purchaser dynamics and share regularly with global marketing
Secure cross functional and cross BA alignment on strategic objectives and operational priorities.
Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant degree in marketing, business, science
Substantial experience in marketing and sales within the medical device/life sciences industry
Substantial commercial experience with the purchaser customer stakeholder
Experience from working in an international/global position
Preferred experience in local sales/marketing roles
Experience developing global value dossiers, value stories, payer value propositions, objection handlers and advisory board briefing books in a complex environment.
Experience from working in an international position. Lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
Fluency in English, written and spoken
