For the client, we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager. The company has approximately 1,000 employees and has offices in 14 countries, of which the head office is in Gothenburg.

About the job
As a Marketing Manager you will lead the Marketing department with the responsibility of the company brand. You will implement the Global marketing strategy and ensure the effective implementation of both strategic and tactical marketing programs the different regions. You work closely together with Sales and Product management. You will report to the Global Sales & Marketing Director and you will have 1-2 direct reports. The position is placed at the office in Gothenburg.

• own and drive the Integrated Annual Marketing Plan, which is the consolidated plan of promotion activities, training and education, practice development tools, events and marketing communication
• responsible for managing and planning resources, both internal and external
• responsible for conducting projects in the field of marketing
• partially responsible for the business area's marketing budget (planning, coordination and follow-up)
• manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding Marketing and develop customer account plans together with the Sales & Product Management
• customizing/adapting global campaigns, in accordance with our global brand and communications platform
• ensuring and negotiating cost effective and fully functional cooperation with relevant partners to achieve our goals. (Media / PR / Content / Translation agencies, printers, photographers, etc.)
• ensuring an effective mix within all media channels (Earned, Payed, Owned).
• following up and measuring the results of campaigns and activities to drive continuous development
• further developing the use of digital channels in our market communication

Who you are
The position requires a degree in business administration with minimum of 5 year's professional management experience in B2B. You have a strong marketing experience of all Marketing disciplines including Product Management, Marketing Communications & Digital Marketing and are used to developing and maintaining marketing.

You are a driven and self-motivated manager as well as a team-player who likes to deliver results and ready to go an extra mile for your colleagues, partners and customers. As a Marketing Manager you must have a strong experience in leadership and you will bring business and people together to create excellent and sustainable performance. You have an eye for details in combination with an analytical mind-set and great organizational skills. Furthermore, it’s important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, since you will interact with a broad range of internal and external contacts. Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, where you have the possibility to be part of creating something new and make a difference, is a key motivation factor.
