About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Media Manager. In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by orchestrating global media campaigns, increasing targeted brand awareness, and driving store traffic.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Media Strategy

- Define the overall strategic media mix for Hästens across all online and offline touchpoints to increase brand awareness and drive in-store sales.
- Refine and continuously improve targeting taking consumer insights and learnings into account.
- In charge of managing the media budget (planning, approval, spending, tracking).
- Define and track Media OKRs and KPIs with a focus on increasing budget efficiency and efficacy.


Campaign Management

- Execute global and local media campaigns with a focus on digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the larger Marketing Team as part of the Campaign Development process. Brief all creative assets required for media touchpoints to the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose.
- Define Media Mix including channels and formats per campaign. Set campaign objectives and report against them. Test new channels and formats to optimize the media mix continuously.
- Ensure creative assets are delivered to the right partners and systems in time and the right format/quality.
- Manage external media agencies to run campaigns (budgeting, briefing, set up, performance management, ongoing optimization, reporting).
- Set up and optimize social media campaigns using Facebook Business Manager independently.
- In charge of structuring the ad accounts in Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords. Collaborate in structuring Google Analytics.
- Create campaign reports and share with all relevant stakeholders.


Collaboration with local markets

- Define annual media playbooks to help regions and local partners to allocate their media budgets.
- Execute and optimize local digital media campaigns and share reports with the relevant local partners.
- Create media guidelines for relevant touchpoints to support local partners. Key contact in the organization for all questions regarding paid media


Skills and requirements

- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in marketing or a closely related field
- 3+ years professional experience in a similar role withing a creative agency or corporate. Must have worked with or for a media agency.
- At least 5+ year of professional experience in marketing.
- Detailed understanding of all media touchpoints (e.g. Print, OOH, Paid Social, Display, etc). Hands on experience with digital media is a must, must have managed social media campaigns in Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus.
- Strong sense for brand positioning. Experience working for B2C brands in the premium/luxury sector.
- Proficient in working with tools such as Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive), Slack, Zoom, Mac Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud. Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Tag Manager.
- Bonus: Experience in defining the local media strategy for China and other APAC countries and managing media campaigns accordingly
