Role:
A Client Lead (CL) is a positive and enthusiastic team player; one confident of his/her knowledge and experienced in managing a team, handling international moves and contributing to the K2 culture.
As a CL, you are responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of a move serving as the Clients / Assignees primary point of contact and provide support to the K2 client services team.
Reporting to: Client Operations Manager


Key Competencies
You are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive approach to every component of an assignees move. As a Client Lead, you proactively take ownership and accountability of your assigned client accounts supporting the appointed account manager.
The results of your accounts are key in meeting the set goals and maintaining high service levels. Throughout you strive towards positive solutions and issue resolution.
In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision and goals identifying areas of improvement and business opportunities.


Responsibilities
Client Services:
Manage and mentor a team of consultants to consistently achieve high service levels, streamlined service delivery and an ongoing positive approach.


Initiate and set up all programmes and services to be delivered.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
o Immigration
o House Hold Goods
o Destination Services (Orientation, Home search, Temp Housing, Settling In)
o Expense Management
o Tenancy Management
o Departure programs


Provide administrative support to assignee for relocation services not supported by location consultants or vendors. This includes but is not limited to:
o Temporary accommodation bookings
o Tenancy lease review


o Tenancy maintenance requests


Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines. Close follow up until full case completion and support K2 global teams is essential to productive team work.


ü Assign and coordinate suppliers and vendors involved in service delivery (Movers, insurance agents, car leasing, relocation consultants, realtors, immigration provider, pet moves, handyman, maid services, and transportation of vehicles) and collate feedback from surveys and internal team for their services reviews.


Approve all invoices pertaining to your assignee moves and manage supplier cost where possible for areas of improvement.


Track expiry dates on a monthly basis.


Ensure all files are set up in accordance to K2 policy and ASCENT is completed accurately and promptly so all information is recorded in a timely manner.


Aim at all times for high service delivery, at every client touch point, generating enthusiastically satisfied clients.


Account responsibilities:
Support the account manager in areas pertaining to implementation when on boarding new accounts.


Support appointed client account manager with agreed client reports and tracking and where applicable attend client relationship meetings.


Provide feedback for annual review meetings.


Build spend summaries and send to client services for account approval


Provide regular client updates to client and management.


Maintain a positive and motivated team, striving for service excellence and leading by example.


Actively work towards meeting K2 business targets.
