Corporate Human Resources supports local HR-departments who in turn supplies Scania with qualified and dedicated employees that can grow with the company. By creating framework and standards with a proactive and constructive approach Corporate Human Resources is working with a focus on business driven HR.

Executives Compensation & Benefits is one of the four defined areas that operate within Corporate HR. Executives Compensation & Benefits is divided into three departments: Global Assignments, Executive Compensation and Corporate Pension & Executive Benefits. As a Global Mobility Coordinator you will be working at Global Assignments, where you will be part of a team consisting of 2 other Global Mobility Coordinators and 4 Global Mobility Specialists. You will be reporting to Rim Borén, Head of Global Assignments.

Job description
In this position, you are responsible for the execution of assignment processes and administration for a wide population of expatriates in line with Scania's global mobility policies. Your responsibilities as a Global Mobility Coordinator will include:

Expatriate Management - provide ongoing assistance and manage queries from the assignees and their families, as well as providing professional support to HR-Managers
Draft assignment contracts and other assignment agreements
Reporting/statistics of the expatriate population
System data entries in the expatriate management system
Activate and monitor suppliers
Manage the assignment extension and repatriation process
Assist with the expatriate salary review process
Assist with the immigration processes
Manage the Global Assignment group mailbox
Global Assignments project work
Process invoices and re-charge costs
Superuser of the digital signing system for the assignment agreements 

Your profile
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, energetic graduate who want to establish a career in Global Mobility. You have a university degree (preferably master) in HR, Law, Economics, Business or similar. You are self-motivated and driven with excellent organisational, administrative, and planning skills. You will need to be both team-focused, and able to work autonomously. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences is essential.

You are process driven, methodical in nature and like new challenges. Good IT skills and proficiency using MS Word and Excel is a must. Excellent communication skills in English is required whilst knowledge in German and additional languages is an advantage.
