Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Corporate Human Resources supports local HR-departments who in turn supplies Scania with qualified and dedicated employees that can grow with the company. By creating framework and standards with a proactive and constructive approach Corporate Human Resources is working with a focus on business driven HR.

The department Global Assignments within Corporate HR is responsible for managing all global assignments in the company and is Scania’s centre of expertise for expatriate related matters.

The Global Assignments department is working with continuous improvements to the global mobility policies and process at Scania, always having a costumer centric approach and trying to find compliant and good solutions for both our expatriates as well as our HR colleagues globally. Scania’s global mobility programme consists of many different country combinations, which entails a diverse mobility programme with high complexity. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Global Mobility Coordinator during a temporary period to cover a parental leave. This temporary position is a great opportunity if you enjoy working in an international environment and want to establish a career in Global Mobility.

Your tasks
In this position, you are responsible for the execution of assignment processes and coordination for a wide population of expatriates in line with Scania's global mobility policies. Your responsibilities as a Global Mobility Coordinator will include:


• Supporting and collaborating with internal customers around the world
• Mobility operations - provide ongoing assistance and manage queries from the assignees and their families
• Draft assignment contracts and other assignment agreements
• Reporting/statistics of the expatriate population
• System data entries in the expatriate management system
• Initiate and monitor suppliers
• Manage the assignment extension and repatriation process
• Assist with the expatriate salary adjustment process
• Assist with the immigration processes
• Manage the Global Assignment group mailbox
• Global Assignments project work
• Process invoices and re-charge costs
• Superuser of the digital signing system for the assignment agreements

Your profile
To be successful in this position you have a university degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business or similar. You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience from the Global Mobility area and enjoy working with policies and processes. You are self-motivated and driven with excellent organisational, administrative, and planning skills. You will need to be both team-focused, and able to work autonomously. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences is essential. You are methodical and detailed-oriented in nature and like new challenges. Good IT skills and proficiency using MS Word and Excel is a must. Good communication skills in English is required, and knowledge in other languages is beneficial. So is international experience derived from studies and/or working abroad.
