Geely Business Center, a part of Geely Sweden Holdings, is a competence center serving and supporting within finance, legal, HR and IT.
We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our HR team at Geely Business Center (GBC) to lead and provide Global Mobility services for various Geely companies based in Sweden. We offer you an international environment where you will interact with different cultures on a regular basis.
You will be responsible for developing and leading all Global Mobility activities together with a team that consists of 2 people today.
Together with the team, you will be responsible for administering the lifecycle of short- and long-term assignments for employees being assigned to Geely entities within Sweden or being sent to an entity abroad. You will also provide support regarding tax, immigration, social insurance, pension, and payroll to the international assignees. In this role you will be responsible to ensure that the assignments are completed in compliance with rules and regulations.
The role will also include supporting our Recruiter’s, HRBP’s and Manager’s with recruiting international local hires. Tasks will include coordinating with suppliers for pre-visits, onboarding as well as immigration support for candidates/new hires.
Our aim is to ensure the transfer of employees between countries is as smooth as possible on behalf of the various Geely companies.
Requirements for the role:
- 3-5 years’ experience within Global Mobility
- Basic understanding of the Swedish work permit process, tax, and social security rules
- Experience in holding presentations and being a strong communicator
- Fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English
- Experience communicating with stakeholders on different levels
