About the role:
As a Global Mobility Partner you will be acting within the Global Mobility EMEA-team, within People Experience (HR), in Torslanda, Gothenburg. You will be part of the team that has the task of managing the International Assignment (IA) population, assisting the organization with relocation support for international local hires, as well as assuring that work- and residence permits are secured for non-EU nationals. You will be the first point of contact for managers, people experience, employees and vendors on any International Assignment related matters. You will guide the organisation and managers, acting as an important business partner in assuring that the company has the right people, at the right place, at the right time and in a compliant matter, always with a focus on good service. Your hands-on support will also involve preparing compensation packages and agreements, conduct briefings and managing the case management tool for International Assignments. An important task is also to work on process and policy improvements, together with other team members, for continuous improvement.

Your skills:

You can adopt and be flexible to new situations and circumstances. You have a very structured way of working and a good ability to prioritize. You believe in inclusivity, and you are open and enjoy being a part of a diverse workplace. You can develop strong stakeholder relationships and you are a strong and reliant communicator.
