As a Global Mobility Services - Process Expert you will drive/coordinate local HR administration activities concerning Globally Mobile Employees (GMEs). You will develop effective relationships with the internal and external suppliers that administer the process, identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:
Drive/coordinate local HR administration activities concerning Globally Mobile Employees (GMEs), including the issuance of: hiring contracts, secondments, renewals, mandatory communications to the authorities, etc. ? in accordance with local labor law
Manage Global Mobility processes requiring local application in the Nordic and Baltic countries
Coordinate the various GME-related activities in-country by being the point of contact for the activities of the other participants involved in the process (i.e. payroll team, etc.)
Provide support to Globally Mobile Employees during the assignment lifecycle ? act as global point of contact for all GME-related issues in the Nordic and Baltic countries
Monitor and coordinate Immigration activities with the support of the global and local vendors for GMEs, STBTs and non-GMEs (non-GMEs via the Immigration Council)
Coordinate lease signatures for housing / support relocation processes with the vendors involved
Ensure compliance with local law and GE policies for all GME related processes in country
Drive simplification by implementing operational improvements
Payroll, Tax and Social Security:
Support overall country payroll process and country specific requirements; custodian of overall payroll processes
Manage GMS payroll inputs processing and local payroll inputs related to GMEs
Coordinate with the global GMS team, HR Managers and external parties to ensure payroll accuracy
Support GMEs, AMCs, HR Managers, etc. regarding expatriate payroll
Support the organization for conducting pre- and post-payroll audits on expatriate pay slips and check audit outcome
Coordinate the annual and monthly tax payment processes cooperating with GMS HQ, vendors and local teams to ensure compliancy and local deadlines are duly met
Coordinate social security payments and processes (including COCs as applicable)
Provide Benefits In Kind (BIK) reporting data and assist with the Global Compensation Reporting processes including Host Tax data gathering, BIK, etc.
Coordinate benefit provisioning including company cars, mobile phones, etc.
Issue, control and coordinate the rent payment process as required
Approve Purchase Orders for GMEs-related expenses as required
Coordinate and maintain metrics

Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in Payroll & Benefits, or HR Operations, or Supplier and/or expatriate management with a broad understanding of operational activities
Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Dynamic and positive approach
Strong customer service skills
Flexible
Change agent
Fluent in both English and at least one Scandinavian language
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work permit in the Nordics
