Global Mobility Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join the team at Saab. In this role you will manage the end to end International Assignments process for a wide population of expatriates as well as supporting commuters and business travelers in line with Saab's Global Mobility standards.



Your role

As a Global Mobility Specialist you will be responsible for delivering a consistent mobility experience across relocation, immigration and mobility tax and provide outstanding support to Saab employees and internal stakeholders. You will perform various administrative tasks and manage the preparation of international assignments, draft assignment contracts including remuneration packages and have extensive cooperation with HR worldwide as well as with third party providers.

Together with your team you will also be the driving force in continuous improvements on an operational and a strategic level and work to improve policies and procedures as well as finding cost efficient solutions. You will be a driver in developing the organization´s understanding of Saab´s expatriate processes and work close together with HR BP, Compliance Specialist, Labour Law, Group Tax, Finance and other internal functions as well as external vendors.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have an academic degree with minimum of 5 years of experience of Global Mobility. You have strong organizational and project management skills to effectively and timely manage a diverse workload. You have professional communication skills in Swedish and English and have the ability to prepare presentations and process data to report on trends and common themes.

You have strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships at all levels within the company. Ability to flourish in a team environment as well as work independently describes you well. You are solution driven using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question. You demonstrate confidence, credibility and good judgment.

Group Human Resources is responsible for strategic personnel issues based on the long-term needs of the business operation. The Global Mobility team is a part of Group HR and are responsible for the framework for Saab's Global Mobility program worldwide. The team is handling expatriates on assignment in more than 30 different countries.
