The Role
As a specialist at K2, you are responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of an international relocation serving as the assignee's primary point of contact.
You are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive approach to every component of an assignee's move. As a team member, you will contribute with solutions to issues and identify process improvements.

You proactively support and share the ownership and accountability of your assigned client accounts assisting the appointed account manager.

In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision of service excellence.

The job role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s existing clients, proactively managing their international relocations in a fast paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts, and be accountable for shipping and destination services throughout individual relocations- presenting quotations, booking third party vendors, confirming schedules and retaining contact.


Main Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate, manage and coordinate all services to be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Immigration
House Hold Goods
Destination Services
Departure programs
Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines. Close follow up until full case completion and support K2 global teams is essential to productive team work.
Ensure all files are set up in accordance to K2 & Client policy and data is completed accurately and promptly where all information is recorded in a timely manner.
Aim at all times for high service delivery, at every client touch point, generating enthusiastically satisfied clients and uphold K2 values.

Additional Requirements to perform work effectively
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).
Excellent Presentation skills.
Global travel when required.
Additional language skills would be advantageous.
