You are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive approach to every component of an assignees move. As a team lead, the results of you and your team are key in meeting the set goals and maintaining high service levels. Throughout you strive towards positive solutions and issue resolution.
You proactively take ownership and accountability of your team and assigned client accounts supporting the appointed account manager.
In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision and goals identifying areas of improvement and business opportunities..
As Team Lead you will;
Manage and mentor a team of consultants to consistently achieve high service levels,streamlined service delivery and an ongoing positive approach.
Manage and coordinate the door-to-door relocation services for corporate assignees.
Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines.



The role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s existing clients, proactively managing their international relocations in a fast paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts.
