Global OHS Program Manager

Are you organised and proactive with a passion for OHS?



The Corporate OHS team is responsible for developing and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the Tetra Pak Group OHS policy. To help us to do this effectively we are looking for a global OHS Program Manager.



You will maintain and continually improve the Corporate OHS Management System to ensure compliance to the group OHS policy and associated procedures and drive continuous improvement towards the Tetra Pak goal of zero accidents and work related ill health.



You will support local OHS officers and cluster OHS leads to understand and follow the Corporate OHS Management Systems.



You will have a broad network internally as well as externally, being a member of the Corporate OHS team, act as Local process driver and coordinating external consultants and accreditation bodies.



You can be based at any Tetra Pak site.



Main responsibilities

-Maintain and track compliance to Corporate OHS procedures and guidance documents
-Maintain and improve the global OHS KPI process, analyze and communicate incident trends
-Maintain and improve the GAR OHS incident database, analyze root causes and communicate trends, and monitor completion of follow up actions
-Maintain and improve the OHS Orbis and SharePoint sites and ensure all data is valid and up to date
-Manage the global non manufacturing sites audit program. Analyze findings and communicate trends
-Support the implementation and maintenance of the OHS process in the Tetra Pak Management System.
-Coordinate the recording, tracking and completion of Corporate OHS actions
-Support the OHS network globally to understand and follow the corporate OHS management System




Qualifications


We are looking for a communicative, proactive OHS professional, motivated to actively collaborate across borders internally as well as externally. You are a natural informal leader, a strong communicator, with excellent presentation technique, and able to drive, embrace and implement change on all levels.



You are a Senior OHS officer with 6-8 years experience of an OHS role in a large factory/organization, able to lead an OHS team and drive change in all OHS subjects without external support. Knowledge of WCM or OHS at customer's site would be a benefit. You posses a diploma or degree level OHS qualification covering detailed understanding of local legal requirements, main risks and control measures. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
