The Global E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser is accountable for the future expansion and execution of H&M Beauty’s strategy in the digital store. Always with the customer in focus, in order to maximize profitable net sales and customer base for H&M Beauty, short and long-term. You will be responsible for creating efficient Ways of Working and developing best practices together with colleagues and partners inside and outside of H&M Beauty. You will act as business expert in tight co-operation with Business Tech as well as act as support and guidance for the local e-commerce teams around the world.
As Global E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser you are responsible for:
Creating and implementing new routines and ways of working for the Beauty category, which differs a lot from other H&M concepts
Knowing your customer behavior and expectations in a digital environment to enable the most relevant omni experience
Set strategy and goals for H&M Beauty globally based on your customer insights, sales results, commercial belief and previous learnings
Support local teams in setting the commercial plan for H&M Beauty based on current strategy. Plan and execute what, how, where and to who, using a test and learn mindset together with the local teams.
Follow up on traffic and the efficiency of your communication strategy vs plan and revise if needed
Secure H&M Beauty messaging through adaptation through the local teams.
Have user knowledge in tools to be able to use them in the most efficient way



Your background and skills
As a person we believe you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a changing environment. Together with your team you will set up new processes and routines, build and create efficient working methods and structure for the Beauty Life style brand. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team and know how to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and drive results. You should love to create an inspiring and commercial store online and always have the customer and H&M Beauty Brand top of mind.
2+ years of working experience from one or more E-Commerce roles within Online Sales
Have a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Proven track record of sales results
Eager to create value for the new H&M Beauty Brand by setting up new ways of working for this category
Results-driven entrepreneurial spirit that dare to innovate and challenge status quo
Ability to communicate vision and strategy, prioritize and take decisions
Proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results
Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s to demonstrate return of investment
Have the ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
Ability to motivate teams and create project cultures where they thrive
Creative personality with interest in beauty & wellness

This is a temporary position for approx. 1 year due to parental leave, starting during the autumn. The position is based at the H&M Beauty office, Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm, Sweden.
