Global Operation Engineer

We are looking for a Global Operation Engineer to strengthen our global team in Vika, Falun.
 As a Global Operation Engineer you will drive and coordinate development projects within the Global Operation organization. This means improving safety, quality and efficiency in our workshops around the globe by development and standardization of working methods and equipment.

 In your role as Global Operation Engineer you will meet other colleges from different functions. You will sometimes be the trainer, or the project manager or the investigator. The daily work will never be the same and you will handle several smaller and larger tasks in parallel.

 You report to the Global Lean Manager within Dellner Couplers and will be a part of the Global Operation management team. Home office will be Vika/Falun, Sweden. The position includes travelling worldwide, 40-50 days per year.

 The successful candidate will have the following profile

 Education & Job experiences:


• Post secondary school education within technical areas like mechanical or electrical engineering and/or automation.
• Prior experience from the industry within assembly and manufacturing.
• Experience in LEAN methods or other efficiency tools.

  Personal skills:


• Analytic capability and a high ability of communication
• Fluent in spoken and written English


• Well organized and a structured approach to work combined with an open attitude
