Gambro is a global medical technology company and a leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying products such as ultra pure water for dialysis, for In-Center Care and Self Care haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Renal Intensive Care and Hepatic Care.Gambro was founded in 1964 and has more than 8,000 employees, production facilities in 11 countries, sales subsidiaries in more than 40 and sales in more than 100 countries.As the Global Operations Director for this new business unit, you will have a crucial role in the management team with the main responsibility of ensuring that all the operational aspects of the business i.e.procurement, manufacturing and supply chain are optimised to deliver Gambros KPI's (key performance indicators).In this highly diverse role you will also have the opportunity to step outside of your functional of expertise and work on the strategic development of the business at a global level.Key Experience . Multinational matrix management experience in a manufacturing environment . Experience of building a stand alone manufacturing process and team . Experience of either integration of an external manufacturing process or relocation of a manufacturing process . Track record of building and leading teams in a matrix structure .
