Global Operations Manager

Our client is a global leading fashion brand.



As Global operational Manager for our client you will work in an international retail environment. Your actions will have direct impact on the performance of the stores and the company’s success. This position is based out of our offices in Stockholm and requires frequent travel to all markets in Europe and overseas.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Staff schedule management
• Liaison between stores and corporate support (various departments)
• Overseeing standard operating procedures / implement efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
• Training on store operations
• Conduct inventories at store level
• EDI compliance support
• Implement changes in corporate policy or strategic initiatives
• Project manage new stores openings/relocation
• Review existing legal contracts (minimums and leases)
 
Experience and Qualifications
 

• 5 years of store management experience with proven track record of success and keen interest in the operational aspect of the business. Someone who wants to move to the corporate side of things.
• A person with multi store management experience.
• Or a minimum of 5 years of project management at corporate level, a plus if the projects involved financial and operational responsibility.
• Or a minimum of 5 years of experience in some or many of the above-mentioned tasks involving operational matters.
• A good sound business mind who understands how to work in a cross functional role and how actions affect business
• Minimum Bachelor’s (University) degree
• Advance MS-office package knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Computer savvy
• Fluent in English, oral and written
