We are proud to present Leap, our Global Opportunity Program to develop future international leaders.
Leap program is built as a two-year rotational program to grow early career professionals’ skills in our core areas of the business. Thorough onboarding to the company, valuable tasks and responsibilities from the start, international and cross-functional experience – and this is just the beginning of the great journey that we are going to take together!

What we offer you
· Understand the core organizations & strategy; get the picture of our business and business needs
· Learn how different functions contribute to the success of Outokumpu
· Gain knowledge of the end-to-end process within Outokumpu
· Build an international and functional internal network
· Contribute to projects and work within the various areas of our business
· Participate in Green Belt training
· Rotate in a minimum of two different areas in the organization
· Participate in one or two international assignments depending on the rotation step
What we are looking for
We expect you to be a curious and open-minded person willing to dedicate the upcoming 2 years to your career development in the direction of leadership. This wouldn’t be possible without your eagerness to learn and grow, absorb new experiences, and nurture your potential. We also appreciate your ability to communicate and build trusted relationships in the multicultural organization.
What we want you to have
· Bachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant field
· 3–5 years of work experience
· Passion and desire to work in the stainless steel industry
· High career aspirations
· Willingness to take over a leadership role after the program
· International ambition and willingness to move abroad
· Fluency in English
· Legal right to work in any of the mentioned locations

· Contract: Permanent
· Languages: Fluent English. Knowing the local language is a plus
