This is where you come in – to strengthen our Stationary Crushers and Screening department.
The Global Order Desk for Equipment is globally accountable for handling all crushers, screens, and feeder orders. We work in close cooperation with our customers and factories to ensure efficiency and we’re constantly developing our processes and methods as an important component of our business. We’re now looking for a Global Order Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with passionate colleagues in a truly global and dynamic environment, in a role where you acquire a large network.
Your mission
In this role, you take the responsibility for managing all order-related activities by coordinating delivery, logistics, trade compliance, technical and commercial verifications, confirmations and associated communication. You match our customers’ needs with globally available resources and you ensure the delivery of goods and relevant documentation. In collaboration with our production units and warehouses, you find the best possible solutions to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, you build and maintain close cooperation with our external partners and other key stakeholders in our organization. On top of executing operational tasks, you provide input to improve our order management and planning processes and participate in overall development activities.
The right candidate can choose from working in Svedala, Sweden, or in Lahti or Tampere, Finland. Flexible working conditions are possible part-time. Some limited travel may occur.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or another similar field – or with the same competence acquired through a working career. To be successful in this position, you have operational experience from logistics or supply chain management, including order management, planning, warehouse management or shipping. We also value experience from working in an international environment with global customers and global distribution, warehouses and manufacturing. You’re a skilled user of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, and as we act in a global setting, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Your character is key to our success! You’re structured, analytical and enjoy interacting with people across departments, regions, and cultures. As your daily work includes operating in a diverse and complex business, you have an excellent ability to prioritize and organize your work according to arising challenges and in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Customer focus is of great importance to you, and you’re passionate about delivering top-quality service by communicating, being flexible and understanding the customer’s point of view. Your engagement and confident ways also enable you to gain commitment from our stakeholders.
