In order to maintain our high standards we are now looking for a motivated manager who can lead and develop our global customer order function.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As acting Global Order Manager you will have two major responsibilities;

Personnel management ; motivating your staff, enable personnel development and manage individuals as well as the whole team by setting and achieving challenging goals in line with Axis overall objectives. Drive team efficiency, planning resources, recruitment and setting salaries. Operational and strategic management ; setting- and following up budgets, goals and strategies for the function. The role also involves maintaining and developing internal routines and processes, ensuring these are adhered to. Initiate and drive improvement activities and projects. You will also assist and support Axis’ distributors, regional Order offices, Sales organization, Product Management and Operations Management with customer order related information. The position is based in Lund and involves traveling, 5-15 days/year.

Furthermore we believe you have the following qualifications:

Previous experience from customer service, order administration or sales
administration in an international environment Exceptional organizational and management skills You need to be an experienced communicator with excellent written and spoken English and Swedish At least 3 years of experience of working in an ERP-system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
THE TEAM
The central Order team consists of 13 people based in Lund and together with the regional Order teams based in Americas, Asia and Russia they form the Global Order Team.
Each team member is responsible for different geographical areas and functional responsibilities. The main responsibility is to handle orders received from Axis’ distributors and internally and provide customer service. Constantly working towards meeting KPI’s such as delivery precision, service level and response times to increase customer satisfaction and experience. They are the main point of contact regarding orders, deliveries and order related queries with key interfaces towards Axis’ Sales organization, our Configurations and Logistic Centres, Purchasing, Logistics and Customs teams.
