As our Digital Marketing & Analytics department have grown with more talents, we are now looking for a manager of our digital channel owners.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
The team consists of nine experts with competences within paid social media, SEM, as well as display and video. This leading role with be a mixture of strategical and operational character, where you will be the driver in how to strategically work with your team forward.
The team have a purpose and key role in helping us improve our insights-driven approach to decision making for all our marketing initiatives globally.
This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg and your closest manager will be our Global head of Media Management & Marketing Analytics.
What you'll do
As a people leader, you will make sure your team have the conditions to be successful and thrive in their roles. You will have personnel responsibility including for example one-to-one meetings and salary reviews. Other than this, your focus will be to develop the strategy and ways of working across paid digital channels going forward. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in this area, selling this vision to the business, and implementing all new ideas.
You will have global stakeholders, both internally like the channel owners and our local markets, as well as external stakeholders like local media agencies.
Who you are
We are looking for you with several years of experience in media or marketing research, using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, presenting the metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
You are equally passionate of this function field as you are about leading others. You have the people skills and pondus to easily influence your internal- and external stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to drive toward consensus.
Further on we believe the right match have:
- Experience in building and running global inhouse teams for online marketing
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar media investment for large international businesses.
- Ability to assimilate relevant data sources and home in on key insights that drive business recommendations.
